Single-estate chocolates are limited edition made from the finest Trinitario cacao beans, hand-sorted from a one-year's harvest from very specific small farms in the villages of Paquibato and Saloy in the Davao Region, southern Philippines. Like wine, it carries with it all the unique remarkable flavors of its "terroir" - from the soil, sunshine, rainfall, and the water that nourishes the cacao trees.
