Artisan Chocolate Tableya

Makes 2 servings

4 dl oat milk

8 tablets 100% Filipino Artisan Tableya

2 tsbp organic muscovado sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp cardamom

1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions:

  1. Boil oat milk in a pot. Once boiling, drop the Filipino Artisan Tableya and let it melt.
  2. Turn the heat to medium low and simmer for 5 minutes while stirring continuously using a whisk.
  3. Add sugar and spices and mix thoroughly until combined.
  4. Simmer for another 1-2 minutes still stirring continuously or until all the spices are well combined and that the tableya has melted completely.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
