Makes 2 servings
4 dl oat milk
8 tablets 100% Filipino Artisan Tableya
2 tsbp organic muscovado sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp vanilla
- Boil oat milk in a pot. Once boiling, drop the Filipino Artisan Tableya and let it melt.
- Turn the heat to medium low and simmer for 5 minutes while stirring continuously using a whisk.
- Add sugar and spices and mix thoroughly until combined.
- Simmer for another 1-2 minutes still stirring continuously or until all the spices are well combined and that the tableya has melted completely.
- Serve and enjoy.
