Easy Champorado by Elle’s Kusina
Ingredients:
- 20 g Theo & Philo 65% Dark Chocolate for baking
- 200 ml store bought Swedish rice pudding (risgrynsgröt)
- 100 g fresh golden mangoes
Instructions:
- Microwave the rice pudding for 1 to 1.5 minutes at high setting.
- Mix Theo & Philo 65% Dark Chocolate until combined nicely.
- Top with fresh mangoes.
- Serve and enjoy.
