Shipping and delivery times

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee your chocolates will be protected from warm weather. If you live in a warm climate and your order arrives melted or partially damaged, no refunds will be issued and we will not be held responsible. However, we will do our best to ensure your chocolates are adequately protected.

All orders are processed within 2-4 working days depending on our inventory. Delivery times during holidays and red days might in some cases be longer than usual. Be sure to always specify the correct delivery address and telephone number. Tzocolate will not be responsible if the address is incorrect and the goods do not reach you.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping. In addition to the products, you are responsible for the shipping cost and any additional custom and taxes. Shipping costs range from 150 SEK depending on the country, weight, and size of the package.

Uncollected goods returned

If the package has reached delivery points but has not been picked up, a return will be made to us after approximately 14 days. We send the package to the specified address and a notice to the specified mobile number. If you have filled in the wrong mobile number, a foreign mobile number, or a number for a landline, you will not receive a notice. The package will be returned to us if you filled in the wrong address. 

We reserve the right to charge the handling cost of uncollected packages (return shipping, handling costs, etc.) of SEK 249. If your order value is greater than this amount, we will credit the remaining amount and you may then place a new order. The refund takes place between 2-6 working days. 

Damages during shipping

Tzocolaté is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item was delivered damaged, please contact the delivery company to submit a claim.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods in the meantime for processing claims.
