Refund Policy and Returns
Our products are exempted from The Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts of Sweden. Which means all products purchased on our website www.tzocolate.com are not eligible for refund. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will not offer any refund of shipping cost for any delays incur at the arrival country's customs control, nor be held responsible for any delays incur in your local country's postal service. This applies for regular shipping and that the items have left Sweden without any issues.
We will of course take each case under thorough investigation if a refund can be approved or not. If you have any questions regarding this, please email us at support@tzocolate.com with subject REFUND INQUIRY.
Replacement of Goods (if applicable)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged. We replace items if they are defective or damaged by sending us an e-mail to info@tzocolate.com. You can also send your item back to: Trädgårdsvägen 43, Sollentuna. Label the item: REPLACEMENT
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the refund is approved, an administrative fee of SEK 50 will be deducted and the remaining amount will be credited to the payment method you used at the time of purchase. The refund takes between 2-6 working days.
