Flavor Notes
Located between tropical mountain forests, Paquibato is a community that grows many fruit trees, giving its chocolate notes of forest valley flowers, dark honey, hints of raisins, pineapple and caramelized nuts.
Description:
Best of 70% Micro-origin Collection
What makes Auro's 70% limited edition chocolates an extraordinary experience is you get to taste the complex note of the finest cacao beans which were hand-sorted from a one year's harvest from a very specific farm, hence "single estate" or "micro-origin".
This bar pays homage to the name of the place where its beans and farmers are from. Like wine, it carries with it all the remarkable flavors of its "terroir" - from the soil, the sunshine, the rainfall that year and the water that nourishes the cacao trees.
Recommendation
Crafted with Auro's perfected recipe and with just three simple ingredients, the flavor profiles in the 70% Reserve Collection (Saloy, Paquibato and Tupi) are all different. We highly recommend that you taste them side by side to fully capture the essence of the micro-origins.
