Flavor Notes: Deep chocolate taste intensified by rich black sesame with hints of caramel popcorn and creamy nutty flavors of pili. Ending with a very satisfying crunch and texture. A very rich chocolate with all the benefits of healthy seeds and nuts!
What is pili nut?
Pili nut is a smooth and soft nut from a pill tree, known to have the highest vitamin E per gram of all nuts in the world. The Philippines is the only country to produce pili nuts commercially.
Due to its high healthy oil content, it has a very buttery and mild nutty taste. It is commonly roasted with honey and eaten as a snack or used in confectionery.
